Advertising Executive
The JRB Team is looking for an Advertising Executive with a proven track-record and skill for generating prospective business leads and an interest in a new opportunity in business consulting.
Job Description:
- Leverage your experience working across various platforms (traditional. digital, social, mobile) to create an integrated marketing plan and customer engagement platform and CRM strategy that enables JRB to best communicate with prospects
- Serve as an authority on story-lines and news unfolding in the Sales, Marketing, Technology and Media Industries
- Monitor industry and customer behaviors, the competitive landscape, and social marketing trends
- Liaise with agencies in the development of marketing strategy, briefs, positioning, promotions and partnerships
- Track progress status of plans and campaigns by monitoring timelines and ensuring goals are on schedule
- Collaborate with advertising sales team to develop partner opportunities, pitch material, client meetings, partnerships and sponsorships
- Support the VP of Marketing in special projects and advertising initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 7 years experience in traditional, digital, social media and event marketing with a thorough understanding of current and emerging digital platforms
- Strategic, creative thinker who is a self-starter, flexible and can function in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills while working with technical and creative-development team members
- Strong attention to detail in an environment that requires extensive multi-tasking and multiple deadlines
- Management of cross-functional relationships and collaboration in a creative, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity and ability to apply relevant consumer research
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Sales, Marketing and Technology Consulting Knowledge is a plus
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to “go the extra mile”
