Joseph brings over 25 years of business experience from the Chicagoland area to The JRB Team. After studying marketing & fine arts at Augustana College (Rock Island, IL) he gained sales experience and business knowledge by working closely with CareerBuilder, Groupon, AT&T, WTG, LME, Boston Hannah, NCF and Securus Payments.

Aaron (AJ) Reingardt

Aaron is an accomplished Business Manager offering numerous years of experience developing and maximizing various types of sales while coaching team members and managers to their full potential. A graduate of Geneva College’s Business School, AJ has a successful track record of exceeding Sales and Operations deadlines with companies such as State Farm, Blaze Pizza and Hand and Stone.

Joe grew up with Information Technology by shadowing his family-run IT consulting company, LME Services. He studied Technical Writing at Northern Illinois University and gained corporate technical operation experience with Children’s Home & Aid, Habitat for Humanity, and Chicagoland Subway Development Group.
